Do you accept returns?
Yes, we always accept returns and refund except gift card and discount product. We can assist you if you want to exchange or refund your order. You consent to the terms below by using kupacabana to place an order. We established these guidelines so that you are fully informed of how we handle returns and refunds. These regulations apply to the United States of America.

We have a 60 Days return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving product to request a return.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, in its original packing, and in the exact NEW condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.

You can get in touch with us at support@kupacabana.com to begin a return. In the event that your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return postage label and shipping instructions. We won't accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a refund.

Please check your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything is broken, damaged, or defective so we can look into it and make it right. (No Costs).

For customer responsibilities (Customer Remorse)
In order for us to assess the situation and make things right, please verify your order as soon as it is delivered and get in touch with us right away if you accidentally purchased the wrong item, don't need any more, or received the wrong products. (Fixed Costs $4.99)

The product must be unused (New) with original packaging.

Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest way to ensure that you get what you want.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
